- Fire-roasted tomatoes, either diced or whole, from a 14.5-ounce can
- Zucchini, finely diced into 1/2-inch pieces, amounting to one cup
- Frozen corn, either roasted or plain, in a quantity of one cup
- UNCLE BEN'S® Flavor Infusions Garlic & Butter Rice, amounting to 3/4 cup
- Italian seasoning, dried and sprinkled in a teaspoon
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, a generous half cup
Step 1
Start by browning the sausage in a Dutch oven over medium heat until it's beautifully cooked, which should take around 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 2
Next, toss in the onion and garlic, and continue to cook while stirring occasionally until the onion turns soft and translucent, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
Now, add all the other ingredients except for the Parmesan cheese, and let the flavors mingle together over low heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
