Ingredients
- Chickpea Flour Fritters 250g
- Warm Water 1 litre
- Boiled Chickpeas ½ Cup
- Boiled Potatoes 1-2
- ½ Tomato
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Onion
- ¼ Cabbage
- Chaat Masala 1 tsp
- Bowl of Yogurt
- Water ¼ Cup
- Mint Leaves 1 Bunch
- Coriander Leaves ½ Bunch
- Green Chilies 2-3
- 1 lemon Juice
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Water 3 tbsp
- Chili Flakes for garnishing
Step 1
In a large bowl, add chickpea flour fritters also known as phulki. Add water and soak it for 2 hours.
Step 2
Now take our main dish, add boiled chickpeas, potatoes, tomato, onion, cabbage and Chaat masala.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add yogurt and water. Give it a good mix. Add it to the main dish as per needed.
Step 4
In the blender jug, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds and water. Blend it to a smooth paste. Add it to the main dish.
Step 5
Finally sprinkle some Chilli flakes on the top and Serve.
