Ingredients
- Clarified Butter 1 Cup
- Onion 3 medium size
- Whole Spices 1½ tbsp
- Yogurt 300g
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Chili flakes ½ tsp
- Chicken 750g
- Water ¼ Cup
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
Step 1
In a pan, add Clarified Butter and let it melt. Add onions and fry it until golden brown. Once fried, take it out and make a smooth paste. Now turn off the flame.
Step 2
In the same oil, add whole spices and cook it for a minute. Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, chili flakes. Mix Well.
Step 3
Add chicken, turn on the flame and cook. Add onion paste, water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Now cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Again cover to cook for 5 minutes. Finally add coriander leaves and pepper.
