Ingredients
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
- Carrot 3 tbsp
- Capsicum 3 tbsp
- Boiled Shredded Chicken 250g
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
- Boiled Potatoes 3 medium size
- Popsicle sticks as required
- Cornflour Slurry
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a pan, add oil. Let it heat. Add chopped garlic and cook it for a minute. Add carrots and capsicum. Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add boiled and shredded chicken, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, pepper, salt, chilli powder, chilli flakes and coriander leaves. Give it a good mix.
Step 2
Take out the mixture in the bowl and let it cool. Once cool, add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix well.
Step 3
Now take a small portion from the mixture. By using a knife, make the triangle shape. Insert the stick and adjust the shape.
Step 4
Now dip it in cornflour slurry and then in breadcrumbs. Once done, fry them in oil until golden brown.
Step 5
Once fried, serve it with your favourite sauce.
