Ingredients
- Chicken 750g
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Bay Leaves 2-3
- Coriander Leaves 3 tbsp
Step 1
Take a bowl, add Chicken, Ginger Garlic Paste, Yogurt, Salt, Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Turmeric Powder and Ketchup. Mix and Marinate it for 60 minutes.
Step 2
Take a pan, add oil. Fry the chicken from both sides for 3-4 minutes. Cover and Cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Then Mix and Again Cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 3
Chicken is completely tender. Add some bay leaves and Coriander Leaves. Mix Well.
