Ingredients
- Chicken Wings 750g
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- 1 Egg
- Cornflour 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Ketchup 1 Cup
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Bbq Sauce 1 tbsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Kashmiri Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Water ¼ Cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Water ⅓ Cup
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Water ¼ Cup
- Spring Onions 2 tbsp
- White Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
Step 1
In a bowl, add chicken wings, pepper, salt, chili flakes, egg and cornflour. Mix well and Marinate it for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Take Oil and fry until crispy golden brown. Once done, set aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl, add ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, bbq sauce, oregano, kashmiri chili powder and water. Mix well and set aside.
Step 4
Now add oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Add prepared sauce and ⅓ cup of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Take 1 tbsp of Cornflour and ¼ cup of water. Give them a good mix. Add it in the sauce and Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Add fried wings and mix well. Finally add spring onions and white sesame seeds and Mix Well.
