Ingredients
- Chicken wings 500g
- Chili flakes ½ tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic powder ½ tsp
- Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- A bowl of All purpose flour
- A bowl of cold water
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings with chili flakes, cumin powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix thoroughly to coat the wings evenly. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes — or overnight for deeper flavor.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add all-purpose flour. Coat each wing in the flour, then dip it briefly into cold water. Roll it once again in the flour to create a crisp outer layer. Gently shake off any excess flour.
Step 3
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the wings until they turn golden and crispy. Once done, drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
