Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken, cut into small chunks
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tbsp Green Chilies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Oil for frying

Step 1

In a bowl, combine chicken chunks, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, crushed coriander seeds, chili flakes, cumin powder, dried fenugreek, lemon juice, cornflour, rice flour, egg white, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, and salt. Mix well.
