Ingredients
- Chicken 500g
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Baking Soda ¼ tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Cornflour 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Spring Onions 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 medium size
- Capsicum 1 small size
- Oil 2 tsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Marinated chicken
- Sauteed Vegetables
Step 1
In a bowl, add chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, baking soda, sugar, cornflour, oil, salt and pepper. Give it a good mix. Set it aside.
Step 2
In a pan, add oil. Add spring onions, capsicum and onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. After that, turn off the flame and set it aside.
Step 3
In another pan, add oil and chopped garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium-low flame. Then add marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
When chicken tender, add Sauteed Vegetables and mix well. Now turn off the flame.
Step 5
Serve hot and Enjoy!
