Ingredients
- Onions 4 medium size
- Coriander leaves ½ Bunch
- Mint leaves 3 tbsp
- Green Chillies 7-8
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Chicken 750g
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Peppercorns 8-10
- Cloves 3-4
- Green Cardamom 2-3
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- Bay Leaves 2
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Onion 3 medium size
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Cream ½ Cup
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Boiled Basmati Rice 500g
- Mint & Coriander Leaves
- Kewra Essence 2-3 drops
Step 1
Take a chopper and Add onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and Ginger Garlic Paste. Choperize it. Now add this mixture in a bowl and squeeze the Excess water.
Step 2
Now add chicken in a chopper. Add cream, salt, pepper and Oil. Choperize it well.
Step 3
Now mix choperized Chicken and choperized onion chillies. Take a small portion of the mixture and using a straw or a pencil, Make a seekh kabab.
Step 4
Add oil in a pan for frying. Fry them until golden brown. Once cooked, turn off the flame and set aside.
Step 5
Take a pot, add Oil. Add Peppercorns, Cloves, Star Anise, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon Stick, Bay Leaves and Cumin Seeds. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Now add Onions and Cook for a minute or until translucent. Then add Ginger Garlic Paste and Green Chilli Paste. Cook for a minute.
Step 7
Now add Salt and Pepper and Mix Well. Add Cream and Yogurt and Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Coriander Powder and Mix Well.
Step 8
Add Seekh Kababs, Mix And Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 9
Take out some kababs with gravy. Add basmati rice on the top. Add mint and Coriander Leaves.
Step 10
For the second layer, add the remaining kababs with gravy. Add Rice, mint and Coriander Leaves and Kewra Essence.
Step 11
Cover and Cook for 15 minutes on low flame. Here you go, delicious Seekh kabab Biryani is ready to serve!
