Ingredients
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Tikka Masala 1 tsp
- Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Chili Paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ Cup
- Chicken 750g
- Water as required
Step 1
In a small bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, tikka masala, chili powder, coriander powder, chili flakes, cumin powder, ginger garlic chili paste, lemon juice and yogurt. Give it a good mix.
Step 2
Take chicken and add this mixture. Mix and marinate it for 60 minutes.
Step 3
Take a large pot, add water and steam the chicken pieces for 40-45 minutes on medium-low flame. Then bake each piece for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
Step 4
Once baked, it's ready to serve.
