- All Purpose Flour 2 Cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Clarified Butter 3 tbsp
- Lukewarm Water ½ Cup or as required
- Oil 1 tbsp + ¼ Cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Minced Chicken 300g
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Green Chilies 1 tbsp
- Red Chilies 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onions 1 Cup
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
- Oil ¼ Cup
Step 1
In a bowl, add wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt and clarified butter. Mix well and add lukewarm water. Knead a semi-soft dough. You can add water as per need. Add 1 tbsp oil and rest it for 10 minutes.
Step 2
After 10 minutes, make 5 equal sized balls and dip them all in ¼ Cup of Oil for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
For Chicken Qeema, add Oil in a pan. Add minced chicken and cook until its colour turns white. Add some ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Now add some salt, chili flakes and cumin seeds. Mix it well. Then add green chilies, red chilies and chopped onions and cook them for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Finally add chopped coriander and give it a good mix. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
Step 6
Now spread Oil on the counter and by using your fingers, flatten the dough ball. Add Qeema on the right side. Enclose the surroundings and make a dough ball for paratha. Flatten it using fingers.
Step 7
Now add this paratha on the pan and let it cook from one side. Then add oil and cook it from the other side until golden brown.
