Ingredients
- Chicken 500g
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cornflour 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Water 1 Cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Oregano ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Step 1
In a bowl, Add chicken, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste and cornflour. Mix well. Take oil in a pan. Fry them until golden brown on medium-low flame.
Step 2
Now in a pan, add Butter. Let it melt. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Add cornflour and mix well. Add water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Then add some salt, pepper and oregano. Mix well. Add lemon juice. Give it a good mix. Finally add chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
