Roast Chicken

Ingredients

  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar ¼ Cup
  • Cold Water 2 litre
  • 4 Chicken Thigh with Leg piece
  • Oil for Frying
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 Cup
  • Lemon slices for garnishing
  • Green Chillies for garnishing

Step 1

In a large bowl, add salt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar And Cold water. Mix it well. Take 4 chicken thighs with leg pieces and dip them in water for around 1 hour.

Step 2

After 1 hour, fry the chicken pieces until golden brown on medium-low flame. At least cook for 15-18 minutes from each side.

Step 3

In a small bowl, add tikka masala, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, kashmiri chilli powder, crushed coriander seeds, chilli flakes and yogurt. Mix well.

Step 4

Add this marination on the fried chicken pieces and marinate it for about an hour.

Step 5

After 1 hour, set the chicken pieces in a baking dish. Add some lemon slices and green chillies. Now bake it for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.

Step 6

Finally Delicious Chicken Roast is ready to serve.
