Ingredients
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Soaked Rice 350g
- Oil 1 tsp
- 2 Eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of yellow food colour
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped Red Chillies 1 tbsp
- Chicken 300g
- Salt 1 tbsp
- French beans 3 tbsp
- Carrot ¼ Cup
- Capsicum ¼ Cup
- Cabbage ½ Cup
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
Step 1
Take a pot of water, add salt in it. Let it boil. Then add soaked rice and cook until 80% done. Once cooked, sieve the water and let them cool.
Step 2
Now in a pan, add oil. Take 2 eggs and pinch of salt and yellow food colour. Beat it and add it to a pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Once done, scramble them and set them aside.
Step 3
In another pan, add oil. Add chopped garlic and chopped red chillies. Cook it for a minute. Then add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and mix well.
Step 4
Now add some french beans, carrot, capsicum and cabbage. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add soy sauce and red chilli sauce. Give it a good mix.
Step 5
Now add Boiled Rice, Scrambled Egg and pepper. Mix well. Here you go, delicious Restaurant Style Chicken Fried Rice are ready to serve.
