Potatoes and chicken

Savor the comforting flavors of tender chicken and golden potatoes, perfectly roasted with aromatic herbs and a hint of garlic, creating a delightful harmony of crispy textures and juicy, succulent bites.

Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
  • Chicken 750g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Chilli flakes ½ tsp
  • Boiled Potatoes 5-7
  • Carrot ½ Cup
  • Capsicum ½ Cup
  • Cabbage ½ Cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Chilli flakes ¼ tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Step 1

In a pan, add oil. Once hot, add chopped garlic and cook for about 2-3 minutes over low-medium flame.

Step 2

Then add chicken. Cook until its colour turns into white. Add salt, pepper, cumin seeds and chilli flakes. Mix it well.

Step 3

Turn off the flame and set it aside.

Step 4

Now in a large bowl, add boiled potatoes. Mash them properly with the help of a fork or masher.

Step 5

Add prepared chicken, Carrot, capsicum, cabbage and coriander leaves in mashed potatoes.

Step 6

Mix well and make the desired shape.

Step 7

For coating, add 2 eggs, salt, chilli flakes and Cornflour in a bowl. Beat them well.

Step 8

Coat them in eggs and then in Breadcrumbs properly. Now fry them in oil over medium-low flame until golden brown.
