Ingredients
- Oil 1 tsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
- Chicken 750g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Boiled Potatoes 5-7
- Carrot ½ Cup
- Capsicum ½ Cup
- Cabbage ½ Cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- 2 eggs
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Chilli flakes ¼ tsp
- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a pan, add oil. Once hot, add chopped garlic and cook for about 2-3 minutes over low-medium flame.
Step 2
Then add chicken. Cook until its colour turns into white. Add salt, pepper, cumin seeds and chilli flakes. Mix it well.
Step 3
Turn off the flame and set it aside.
Step 4
Now in a large bowl, add boiled potatoes. Mash them properly with the help of a fork or masher.
Step 5
Add prepared chicken, Carrot, capsicum, cabbage and coriander leaves in mashed potatoes.
Step 6
Mix well and make the desired shape.
Step 7
For coating, add 2 eggs, salt, chilli flakes and Cornflour in a bowl. Beat them well.
Step 8
Coat them in eggs and then in Breadcrumbs properly. Now fry them in oil over medium-low flame until golden brown.
Step 9
Serve hot with your favourite dip and Enjoy!
