Ingredients
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Chicken 300g
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
- Chopped Onions 1 medium size
- Mixed Bell Peppers ½ Cup
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Boiled Potatoes 500g
- Salt ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
- 2 Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a pan, add oil. Add cumin seeds and cook it for a few seconds. Then add minced chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 4-5 minutes until the chicken turns white.
Step 2
Then add some spices. Add salt, Chilli Flakes, Coriander Powder, Red chilli powder and chopped Onions. Mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add mixed bell peppers (yellow, green and red). Cook for a minute. Finally add coriander leaves. Give it a good mix and set aside.
Step 4
Now take a bowl of boiled and mashed potatoes. Add salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Now take a small portion of the potatoes and spread it on your hands. Put chicken stuffing in the centre and make a cutlet.
Step 5
Now take 2 eggs and Beat them. Coat the cutlet in the eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Take oil in a pan and fry them until golden brown.
Step 6
Once done, serve them with your favourite sauce.
