- 3 Potatoes
- Water as required
- Salt ½ tsp + ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chili Flakes ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
- Cornflour 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Step 1
Add 3 potatoes in a saucepan. Add water and salt and let it boil on medium-low flame.
Step 2
Once boiled, mash it well. Then add pepper, salt, chili flakes, coriander leaves, cornflour and oil. Mix it well.
Step 3
Take a small portion and make a ball. Mark cuts on the top. Now fry them until golden brown.
Step 4
Once done, serve with your favourite sauce.
