Ingredients
- Water 1 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Chicken 1 kg
- 3 large tomatoes
- Onions 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ Cup
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 250g
- Pepper 1½ tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Onions ½ Cup
- Capsicum ½ Cup
- Green Chilies 4-5
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
Step 1
In a pan, add water, ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder. Mix and Cook until boiled. Now add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
Now add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add onions and cover it with a lid to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add oil and salt and cook for 6-7 minutes. Now add yogurt, pepper and cumin powder and give it a good mix. Again cover it for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Finally add onions, capsicum, green chilies, ginger and garam masala. Mix well.
