Ingredients
- Onions 2 large size
- Green Chillies 5-7
- Water 2 Cups
- Oil ½ Cup
- Chicken 750g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 400g
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chillies 1-2
- Onion Rings 1 Cup
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Step 1
Take a pan, add Onions and Chillies. Add water and bring it to a boil. Cover with the lid and cook for 10-12 minutes or until softened. Once done, take them out and blend it to a smooth paste.
Step 2
Now add Oil in a pan. Let it be hot. Add Chicken and Fry until golden brown. Add Salt and mix well. Once fried, take it out and set aside.
Step 3
Now in this oil, add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add Onion Chilli Paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add fried Chicken and mix well.
Step 4
In the meantime, take a bowl of yogurt. Add cumin powder, pepper, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
Step 5
Add this Spice Yogurt in the Chicken and Mix well. Now cook it until Oil separates. Finally add chillies, onion rings, garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well.
