Mini Chicken Pastry Pockets

Delight in these bite-sized mini chicken samosas, featuring a savory blend of spiced chicken wrapped in crisp, golden pastry. Perfect as appetizers or snacks, these little parcels pack a flavorful punch with every crunchy bite.

Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Onions ½ Cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
  • Chicken 250g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Carrot 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 2 tbsp
  • Samosa Dough Sheets
  • Cornflour Slurry (Thick Consistency)
  • Oil for frying

Step 1

In a pan, add oil. Let it heat. Add chopped onions and cook it for a minute. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add Chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or until its colour changes to white.

Step 2

Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, pepper, carrot and capsicum. Give it a good mix. Once done, turn off the flame and let it cool.

Step 3

Take a Samosa Dough Sheet and follow each step to make a perfect samosa. Use cornflour slurry to stick the sides.

Step 4

Now take oil in a pan and fry them until golden brown. Fry them on low flame for crispness. Once fried, serve with your favourite sauce.
