Ingredients
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onions ½ Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tsp
- Chicken 250g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Carrot 2 tbsp
- Capsicum 2 tbsp
- Samosa Dough Sheets
- Cornflour Slurry (Thick Consistency)
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a pan, add oil. Let it heat. Add chopped onions and cook it for a minute. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add Chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or until its colour changes to white.
Step 2
Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, pepper, carrot and capsicum. Give it a good mix. Once done, turn off the flame and let it cool.
Step 3
Take a Samosa Dough Sheet and follow each step to make a perfect samosa. Use cornflour slurry to stick the sides.
Step 4
Now take oil in a pan and fry them until golden brown. Fry them on low flame for crispness. Once fried, serve with your favourite sauce.
