Ingredients
- Oil ½ Cup
- Whole Spice 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onions 1 large size
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Ground Beef 500g
- Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- 2 tomatoes paste
- Frozen ore fresh Peas ½ Cup
- Beef Broth ½ Cup
- Chillies 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
Step 1
In a pan, add oil and let it heat. Add whole spices and Cook for a minute. Then add chopped onions and cook it for 1-2 minutes or until translucent.
Step 2
Add ginger garlic paste. Mix and cook for a minute. Then add ground beef. Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Then cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes. After 5-7 minutes, Start adding spices. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds and chilli flakes. Mix well.
Step 3
Take 2 tomatoes and blend them. Add this paste in the pan and give it a good mix. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. As tomatoes have their own water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add frozen peas and beef broth. Again cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the beef becomes tender and soft.
Step 5
Finally add chopped Chillies, coriander leaves, ginger and Garam Masala. Mix well.
