Meatloaf

This classic meatloaf combines ground beef, aromatic herbs, and a touch of tangy ketchup glaze to create a comforting and savory dish that warms both the heart and soul.

Ingredients

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • White Onion 1 small size, chopped
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ground Chicken 750g
  • Egg 1 medium size
  • Breadcrumbs ½ Cup
  • Milk ½ Cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Garlic Powder ½ tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
  • For Sauce:
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp

Step 1

Take a pan, add Butter and let it melt. Add onions and Sauté them until translucent. Add garlic and cook again for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

In a bowl, add Chicken,egg,breadcrumbs,milk,salt,black pepper, paprika,garlic powder,soy sauce and coriander leaves and Mix well.

Step 3

Take a baking tray and grease it with oil. Make a loaf and bake it for 50-60 minutes at 180°C.

Step 4

Take a small bowl,mix brown sugar,tomato ketchup and mustard sauce.

Step 5

Spread it over the loaf and again bake it for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Step 6

Cut it in slices and Serve!
