Ingredients
- Spaghetti 1 packet
- Oil ½ Cup
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onion 1 medium size
- Minced Chicken 500g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Chicken Stock 2 Cups
- Tomato Paste 2 Cups
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Step 1
In a saucepan, add Water and Bring it to Boil. Add Spaghetti and Cook until 90% done. After cooking, wash it with normal tap water or cold water to stop its cooking process.
Step 2
In a pan, add oil. Let it hot. Add chopped garlic and chopped Onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium-low flame.
Step 3
Now add Minced Chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add some spices: Salt, Pepper and Chilli flakes. Give it a good mix.
Step 4
Now add Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Chilli Sauce. Cook for a minute. Add Chicken Stock and Mix Well. Also add Tomato Paste. Now cook it for at least 5-7 minutes or until it thickens.
Step 5
Once it becomes slightly thick, add Chopped Coriander Leaves and turn off the flame.
Step 6
In a serving plate, add boiled Spaghetti. Add Prepared Chicken over the top. Garnish with some Coriander Leaves and Enjoy!
