Ingredients
- Oil ½ Cup
- Onion 1 large size
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Chicken 1 kg
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Green Chillies 5-6
- Coriander Leaves as required
- Garam Masala (Spice mix) 1 tsp
Step 1
In a pan, add Oil. Let it heat. Then add chopped onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium-low flame. After that, add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Add chicken and cook continuously for 5-7 minutes. Then add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, chilli flakes, cumin seeds and turmeric powder. Mix and cook for at least 10 minutes.
Step 3
Finally add green chillies, coriander leaves and Homemade Spice Mix. Mix and Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Serve hot
