Ingredients
- Butter ¼ Cup
- 3 Eggs
- Sugar Powder 1 Cup
- Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
- All Purpose Flour 2½ Cup
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
- Milk ¼ Cup
Step 1
In a bowl, add Butter. Beat it for a minute until softened. Take 3 eggs and add one at a time. Beat for a minute.
Step 2
Now add Sugar Powder and beat well. Then add Vanilla Essence and Mix. Add All Purpose Flour gradually and Baking Powder. Beat for a minute.
Step 3
Once the batter is ready, transfer half of the batter in another Bowl. Add cocoa powder and milk and give it a good mix.
Step 4
Now in a baking tin, add white batter. Then chocolate batter and repeat the process until it finishes. Now make a design using a toothpick or a skewer.
Step 5
Bake it for 25-30 minutes at 180°C. Once done, let it cool. Serve with tea.
