Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick 1 kg
- Water 1 Cups
- Salt ½ tsp
- Crushed Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
- Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
- Chili Flakes ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Garlic Powder ½ tsp
- Ginger Powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Step 1
Take a pan, add chicken drumsticks. Add water and salt. Mix and Cover to cook for 10-12 minutes. Once done, drain the Water and take out the chicken.
Step 2
In a bowl, add crushed coriander seeds, tikka masala, chili flakes, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, lemon juice and yogurt. Mix well.
Step 3
Add this mixture on the drumsticks and rub well. Now marinate it for 2 hours.
Step 4
Take a grill pan, add oil. Grill the drumsticks until light golden brown. Once done, serve with some sauce.
