- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Tikka Masala 1 tsp
- Ginger Powder ½ tsp
- Garlic Powder ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Chicken 500g
- Onions, Capsicum & Tomatoes
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Hot Coal
Step 1
In a bowl, add salt, pepper, chili flakes, cumin powder, tikka masala, ginger powder, garlic powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, mustard paste, chili sauce, yogurt and chicken. Mix well and marinate it for 60 minutes.
Step 2
Now take a skewer, insert chicken, onion, capsicum and tomatoes. Now cook them until golden brown. Once cooked, give smoke by adding oil to the hot coal in the pan. Serve with your favorite sauce.
