Ingredients
- Eggs 8 medium size
- Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
- Butter 100g (50g for scrambling eggs + 50g for Sauce)
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp

- Cornflour 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Italian Seasoning 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves
Step 1
Add eggs, garlic, salt, pepper and chili flakes in a bowl and beat them well.
Step 2
Add butter to a pan over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture and scramble until cooked through. Then take it aside.
Step 3
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.Sauté minced garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and chilli flakes; mix well. Stir in cornflour.
Step 4
Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add Milk and Cook again for 3-4 minutes. Add Italian Seasoning and some chopped Coriander Leaves for garnishing.
Step 5
Once cooked, add scrambled eggs to the mixture and Mix it well.
Step 6
Serve hot and enjoy!
