- Vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp
- Ingredients for Custard Preparation: Milk 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Custard mixture
- Ingredients for Green Jelly: Water 2 cups
- Green jelly powder 1 packet
- Ingredients for Red Jelly: Water 2 cups
- Red jelly powder 1 packet
- Ingredients for Sugar Syrup: Water ½ cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Ingredients for Assembling: Cake slices as required
- Sugar syrup as required
- Custard as required
- Yellow and red jelly as required
- Banana slices as required
- Apple (small cubes) as required
- Cream as required
- Chocolate (crushed) as required
- Red Cherry
Step 1
Directions for Custard Mixture Preparation: In a bowl add milk, vanilla custard and whisk well. Custard mixture is ready.
Step 2
Directions for Custard Preparation: In a deep pan, add milk and sugar and cook until sugar is fully dissolved. Now add prepared custard mixture and stir & cook on medium flame until thick in consistency. Take off the flame and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Directions for Green Jelly Preparation: In a pan, heat water and bring it to a boil. Add banana jelly powder and cook until fully dissolved. Let it cool at room temperature.
Step 4
Directions for Red Jelly Preparation: In a pan, heat water and bring it to a boil. Add red jelly powder and cook until fully dissolved. Let it cool at room temperature.
Step 5
Directions for Sugar Syrup Preparation: In a bowl add water and sugar. Whisk until sugar is fully dissolved.
Step 6
Directions for Assembling: In a dish place cake slices, drizzle sugar syrup on them. Add banana and strawberry jelly over it.
Step 7
Add prepared custard, banana slices, apple, fruit cocktail, strawberry slices and add custard again on top.
Step 8
Drizzle cream and sprinkle crushed chocolate on it. Place cherry on top and serve.
