Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Pieces
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder ½ tsp
- Ginger Powder ½ tsp
- Tikka Masala 1 tsp
- Paprika ½ tsp
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Green Chili Paste 1½ tsp
- Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- All Purpose Flour 2 Cups
Step 1
Take chicken pieces and mark cuts on them. Now in a bowl, prepare the marination.
Step 2
Add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, green chili paste, tikka masala, paprika, baking powder, chili sauce, vinegar and lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 3
Now add the chicken and coat the chicken well with this marination. Refrigerate them for 2 hours.
Step 4
Now in a bowl, add all purpose flour. Coat the chicken well in the flour. Dust the excess.
Step 5
Take oil in the pan. Add chicken and cover it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, flip and again cover for 15 minutes.

Crispy and Crunchy Chicken Broast is ready to serve.
