Ingredients
- 2-3 Eggplant
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Water as required
- Oil 3 tbsp
- 1 Egg
- Garlic Powder ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Step 1
Take 2-3 eggplants and cut them in finger shape. Now take a large bowl, add salt and water. Dip the Eggplants for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2
After 20 minutes, dry them with a paper towel. Now transfer them in another bowl.
Step 3
Add oil, egg, garlic powder, cumin powder, pepper, oregano, salt, Breadcrumbs and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Step 4
Now bake them for 15 minutes at 200°C. Once done, serve hot.
