Eggplant Chips

Transform eggplant into a delightful snack with these crispy fries. Coated in a seasoned breadcrumb mixture and baked to golden perfection, they offer a satisfying crunch and a savory flavor, making them an irresistible appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Eggplant
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • 1 Egg
  • Garlic Powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp

Step 1

Take 2-3 eggplants and cut them in finger shape. Now take a large bowl, add salt and water. Dip the Eggplants for at least 20 minutes.

Step 2

After 20 minutes, dry them with a paper towel. Now transfer them in another bowl.

Step 3

Add oil, egg, garlic powder, cumin powder, pepper, oregano, salt, Breadcrumbs and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Step 4

Now bake them for 15 minutes at 200°C. Once done, serve hot.
