Egg Appetizer

Delight in the simplicity of this egg appetizer, where perfectly boiled eggs are elegantly topped with a velvety herb-infused mayonnaise and a sprinkle of smoked paprika, offering a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size red Carrot
  • 1 medium size orange Carrot
  • Spring onion ¼ Cup, green part
  • Green Chillies 2-3
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
  • Large Size Eggs 4
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Barbecue Sauce ½ tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
  • Sugar ¼ tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Water ½ Cup
  • Cooking Oil 2 tsp

Step 1

In a Bowl, add 4 large size eggs and beat them well. Then in a pan, add about 1 tsp of oil and cook it for a minute. After a while, scramble it and take it aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, barbecue Sauce, chilli flakes, sugar, cornflour And water. Give it a good mix. And set aside.

Step 3

In a pan, add about 1 tsp of oil. Add Carrots, chillies, and spring onion. Stir fry for a minute. Then add chopped Garlic and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

After that, add scrambled eggs and a prepared mixture of cornflour. Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Now turn off the flame. And serve.
