Ingredients
- 300g Boiled potatoes
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Chillies, chopped
- 1 tsp Chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- Oil for frying
Step 1
Potato Mixture: In a large bowl, mash boiled potatoes. Add chopped onion, chillies, chilli sauce, soya sauce, garlic powder, salt, chilli flakes, pepper, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Step 2
Binding the Mixture: Add eggs and cornflour to the potato mixture. Mix until it reaches a slightly runny and slightly thick consistency.
Step 3
Piping Bag Preparation: Fill a piping bag with a round nozzle with the potato mixture.
Step 4
Jalebi Making: Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Pipe the mixture into Jalebi shapes, making 2-3 circles. Cook until light golden brown.
Step 5
Serve hot with your favorite sauce
