Crispy Potato Slices

Crispy, golden slivers of potato, perfectly seasoned and fried to a satisfying crunch, these homemade potato chips are an irresistible snack that brings the classic comfort of the kitchen straight to your fingertips.

Ingredients

  • A peeled Potato
  • Ground Flour 1 Cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Chilli flakes ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leaves ½ tbsp
  • Water ½ Cup
  • Baking Soda ¼ tsp
  • Oil for frying

Step 1

Take a peeled potato and cut thin slices of it. You can use more potatoes as per choice. Take a bowl of water and dip the thin slices of potato in it so that it may not turn black.

Step 2

Now take a bowl. Add ground flour, salt, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, cumin seeds and coriander leaves. Add water and mix until smooth. Add baking soda and give it a good mix.

Step 3

Now dip a slice in the batter. Fry them in oil until golden crispy.

Step 4

Here you go! Delicious Crispy Potato Chips are ready. Serve them with your favourite sauce.
