Ingredients
- A peeled Potato
- Ground Flour 1 Cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Coriander Leaves ½ tbsp
- Water ½ Cup
- Baking Soda ¼ tsp
- Oil for frying
Step 1
Take a peeled potato and cut thin slices of it. You can use more potatoes as per choice. Take a bowl of water and dip the thin slices of potato in it so that it may not turn black.
Step 2
Now take a bowl. Add ground flour, salt, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, cumin seeds and coriander leaves. Add water and mix until smooth. Add baking soda and give it a good mix.
Step 3
Now dip a slice in the batter. Fry them in oil until golden crispy.
Step 4
Here you go! Delicious Crispy Potato Chips are ready. Serve them with your favourite sauce.
