Crispy Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken Drumsticks 1 kg
  • Vinegar 1/2 Cup
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Injection Sauce
  • Chili Sauce 1/2 Cup
  • Buffalo Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Spice Mixture (Masala)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Chili Flakes 1 tsp
  • Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard Sauce 2 tbsp
  • For Liquid Coating
  • All Purpose flour 2 tbsp
  • Prepared Masala 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 Cup
  • For Coating
  • All Purpose Flour 1 Cup
  • Liquid Coating
  • Oil for Frying

Step 1

Take 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks. Transfer it to a large bowl. Add vinegar, salt and water. Now cover it for an hour. After an hour, take the drumsticks out and drain the vinegar water.

Step 2

Now take a small bowl and add chili sauce, buffalo sauce, salt and chili powder. Give it a good mix. Now take a marination injection and fill it with prepared chili sauce. Take a drumstick and inject the sauce in it. Inject all the drumsticks like this and set them aside.

Step 3

Now take another small bowl, add salt, cumin powder, chili flakes, ginger powder, garlic powder, coriander powder, pepper and chili powder. Mix it well.

Step 4

Rub this spice mixture on all the injected chicken drumsticks. Add mustard sauce and rub again. Marinate it for about 60 minutes or overnight.

Step 5

Take a large bowl of all purpose flour. Coat all the drumsticks in it. Then dip it in liquid coating. To make liquid coating, mix All purpose flour, prepared spice mixture and water. After dipping it in liquid coating, add them in dry flour again. Remove the excess flour.

Step 6

It's time for frying. Take oil in a pan and fry them until crispy golden brown. Once fried, serve them with your favorite sauce.
