Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Oil for frying
