Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger Garlic Chili Paste 1½ tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Oil ½ Cup
- Whole Spices 1 tbsp
- Onions 2 large size
- Tomatoes 2 large size
- Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Chili Flakes ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Water ½ Cup
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Spinach 1 kg
- Green Chilies 3-4
- A bowl of cold water
Step 1
In a large bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic chili paste, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and Set it aside.
Step 2
In a large pot, add oil. Let it heat. Then add whole spices. Cook it for a minute. Add onions and cook until light golden brown.
Step 3
Now add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, coriander powder, chili flakes. Mix well. Add chicken and water and cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes.
Step 4
Add yogurt and cover the pot for 5-7 on medium-low flame. In the meantime, add spinach and chilies in boiling water and cook for a minute. After a minute, transfer the spinach and chilies in cold water and blend.
Step 5
Add this blended spinach in chicken and mix well. Cook for 8-10 minutes and Serve.
