Ingredients
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
- Green Chilies 10-12
- Mint Leaves ½ bunch
- Onions 2 medium size
- Chicken 750g
- Cream 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Hot coal
Step 1
In a chopper, add coriander leaves, green chilies, mint leaves and onions. Choperize it well.
Step 2
Then add chicken, cream, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and cumin powder. Choperize well.
Step 3
Now take a straw or pencil, grease your hands with oil and make a kabab. Fry them until golden brown. Now give it smoke by adding oil to hot coal. Cover them instantly with a lid.
Step 4
Serve with green raita.
