Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Indulge in a luscious bowl of creamy mushroom pasta, where tender mushrooms are sautéed to perfection and enveloped in a rich, velvety sauce, all tossed with your favorite pasta for a comforting, gourmet experience.

Ingredients

  • Water 4 Cups
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Penne Pasta 1 Cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Mushrooms 150g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Milk 1½ Cup
  • Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp

Step 1

In a pan, add water, salt, oil and let it boil. Add Penne Pasta and cook until 90% done. Once done, set it aside.

Step 2

Now in a pan, add butter and oil. Add chopped Garlic and cook for a minute.

Step 3

Then add cornflour and cook for a minute. Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add some salt and pepper.

Step 4

Add milk and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add Boiled Pasta, chilli flakes and oregano. Mix and Serve!
