Ingredients

- Yogurt ½ Cup
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Tikka Masala 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Chicken breast 300g
- Oil 1 tbsp
- For Shawarma Sauce
- Yogurt ½ Cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Garlic Cloves 3-4
- White Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- For Salad
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 tomato without seeds
- ⅓ Cabbage
- 1 Onion with Chillies
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper
- For Assembling
- Shawarma Bread
- Butter Paper
Step 1
In a bowl, add yogurt, chilli flakes, cumin seeds, salt, tikka masala, pepper, ginger garlic paste and vinegar. Mix it well. Add chicken breast, cut in halves. Marinate it for 30 minutes. In a pan, add oil. And cook the chicken until tender and soft.
Step 2
Now take a blender, add yogurt, oil, mayonnaise, garlic cloves, white sesame seeds, pinch of salt and pepper. Blend it to a smooth paste.
Step 3
In a large plate, add cucumber, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, chillies, pinch of salt and pepper. Mix Well.
Step 4
In a pan, add oil. Toast the shawarma bread until light golden brown.
Step 5
Now place the butter paper on the counter. Take shawarma bread. Add chicken, salad and sauce. Here you go, delicious and creamy shawarma is ready to serve.
