Ingredients
- Fried Onions 1 Cup
- Green Chillies 6-7
- Coriander Leaves half bunch
- Chicken 500g
- Crushed Cumin 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Roasted Chickpeas Powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Oil ½ Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- 4 tomato Puree
- Fried Onions ¼ Cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Crushed Cumin 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Cream ¼ Cup
- Coriander Leaves & Chillies for garnishing
Step 1
In a chopper, add fried onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Choperize it well. Now add Chicken. Add some spices. Salt, Chilli powder, Crushed cumin, Coriander Powder and Roasted Chickpeas powder. Choperize it to make a smooth paste-like texture.
Step 2
Take it out in a bowl or large plate. Add ginger garlic paste and give it a good mix.
Step 3
Now grease your hands with Oil. Take a small portion of choperized Chicken and make small sized kababs by using straw or skewer. If you don't have a straw or skewer, you can also use a clean pencil for holding the shape.
Step 4
Once done, take oil in a pan. Fry them until golden brown on medium-low flame. After frying, turn off the flame and set them aside.
Step 5
Let's prepare gravy. For this add oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and Cook for about 1-2 minutes. Now add 4 tomato puree. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on medium-low flame.
Step 6
After that, add fried onions. Then add some salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and crushed Cumin. Give It a good mix.
Step 7
Add yogurt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add prepared kababs in it. Add cream for a smooth texture. Mix well.
Step 8
Add chopped coriander leaves over the top and turn off the flame.
Step 9
Garnish with coriander leaves and chillies.
