Ingredients
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Boiled Shredded Chicken 250g
- Carrot ¼ Cup
- Capsicum ¼ Cup
- Cabbage ¼ Cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Boiled Potato 2 large size
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- All purpose flour
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ¼ tsp
- Water 1 Cup
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a pan, add butter. Let it melt. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute. Then add Chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add Carrot, Capsicum and Cabbage. Mix well.
Step 2
Now add salt, pepper and chilli flakes and give it a good mix. Finally Add Mayonnaise and mix. Turm off the flame and let it cool.
Step 3
Transfer it to a bowl. Add boiled potatoes, Breadcrumbs and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Step 4
Take 2 wooden skewers and make a shape of kulfi. After that, coat it in flour slurry. For this, add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and water in flour and make a smooth slurry. Then coat it in Breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Finally Fru them in oil until golden brown. Serve it with some sauce
