- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped Chillies 1 tbsp

- Yogurt ½ Cup
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

- Oil 1 tbsp
- For Green Chilli Sauce
- Mint Leaves ½ Bunch
- Coriander Leaves ½ Bunch
- Green Chillies 3-4
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- ½ Lemon Juice
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
- Yogurt ¼ Cup
- For Eggs

- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp

Step 1
In a bowl, add chicken, chopped garlic, chopped chillies, lemon juice, cream, yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix Well. Take a pan and add Oil. Add chicken and Cook until tender and soft. Once done, Set it aside.
Step 2
In the blending jug, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, Chillies, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, cumin seeds and yogurt. Blend it to a smooth paste.
Step 3
Now take 2 eggs. Add salt and pepper and beat it. Add oil in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Once done, set it aside.
Step 4
In a pan, add Oil and toast the buns until golden brown. Once done, set it aside.
Step 5
Now take the bun, add green sauce, lettuce, egg, malai boti chicken, more sauce and some onion rings.
Step 6
Serve with cold drink.
