Ingredients
- Yogurt 1 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Dried Fenugreek 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Chicken 750g
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato Puree 3 Cups
- Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Dried Fenugreek 1 tsp
- Almonds 15-18
- Cream ½ Cup
Step 1
Take a bowl and Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Dried fenugreek, Cumin Seeds and Chicken. Marinate the chicken well.
Step 2
Now in a pan, Add oil. Fry the chicken until 99% done. Cook until golden brown from both sides.
Step 3
Now take a pot, add butter. Let it melt. Once it melts, add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add Tomato Puree and Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Now add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Dried Fenugreek and Almonds. Mix Well and Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add cream. And give it a good mix.
Step 5
Finally add fried Chicken and Cook for a minute. Here you go, delicious and creamy butter chicken is ready to serve!
