Cream Royal Rolls

Indulge in the royal delight of Malai Shahi Rolls, where soft, creamy milk rolls are infused with aromatic cardamom and saffron, then drizzled with a luscious, sweetened cream sauce. Perfect for a decadent dessert experience.

Ingredients

  • Coconut ½ Cup
  • Pistachio 3 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 3 tbsp
  • Almonds 3 tbsp
  • Condensed Milk ½ litre
  • Bread slices
  • Clarified Butter ½ Cup
  • Milk ½ litre
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp

Step 1

In a bowl, add coconut, pistachio, almonds and cashew nuts. Add condensed Milk and give it a good mix.

Step 2

Now take a slice of bread. Flatten it with a rolling pin. Add some nuts mixture on one side. Apply water on the other side. Roll it and Set them aside.

Step 3

Now add some clarified butter in the pan for frying. Fry the rolls until golden brown.

Step 4

Now take a saucepan, add Milk and Bring it to Boil. Add Sugar and Cardamom Powder. Mix well. Cook it until it is reduced to half.

Step 5

Assemble the rolls on the serving dish. Pour milk over it. Garnish with some nuts and rose petals. Refrigerate for better taste.
