Ingredients
- Whipping Cream ½ Cup
- Sugar Powder 1 & ½ tbsp
- Vanilla Essence ¼ tsp
- Red food Colour 1 drop
- Bread Slices 4
- Milk1 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Dessicated Coconut
- Almonds for garnishing
Step 1
In a bowl, add Whipping Cream, sugar and Vanilla Essence. Beat it until medium peaks. Then add Red food colour and mix it well.
Step 2
Take 4 slices of bread and remove the edges.
Step 3
In another bowl, add Milk and sugar, mix. Dip each side of bread for a second. Then press to remove extra absorbed milk.
Step 4
Spread whipping cream over it and roll it gently.
Step 5
Then roll it over dessicated coconut. Serve and enjoy.
