- Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
- Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
- Peri Peri Sauce 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Mustard Paste 1 tsp
- Chicken 500g
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Bread Slices 3 (3 slices are required for 1 sandwich)
- Butter
- Mayonnaise 1 Cup
- Mustard Paste 1 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
- 3 eggs
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato
Step 1
Let's Start by preparing Marination for Chicken. Add Oyster sauce, Chilli sauce, Peri peri sauce, Soy sauce, Mustard Paste in a bowl. Mix it well.
Step 2
Now take a chicken breast. Cut thin slices of Chicken. Add them in the sauce mixture. Add some oil, salt and pepper. Combine them well.
Step 3
Now in a grill pan, add Oil. Cook Chicken pieces until golden brown from each side. Once cooked, set them aside.
Step 4
Take bread slices. You need 3 bread slices to make one sandwich. Spread Butter on each side. Grill them on low flame until crispy golden.
Step 5
To make a Yummy and Spicy Sauce, add Mayonnaise, Mustard Paste, Tomato Ketchup and Chilli Sauce in a bowl. Mix them well and set aside.
Step 6
Now take another bowl. Add 3 eggs. Some salt and pepper. Beat them well. Add oil to the pan and cook eggs.
Step 7
As everything we require is ready. So let's start assembling. Take 3 bread slices. Spread the prepared Sauce on each bread.
Step 8
Now place chicken on one slice. Place lettuce, cucumber, tomato and eggs on the second slice. Put the second slice on the first bread and cover with the third. You can also assemble the sandwich as per your desire.
Step 9
Your tasty and delicious Club Sandwich is ready. Serve with crispy fries.
