Ingredients
- Chicken 500g
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Cornflour 2 tbsp
- 1 beaten Egg
- Chicken stock 2 cups
- Green Chillies 2 (optional)
- Lemon Slices 4-5
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Chilli Flakes ¼ tsp
- Black Pepper ¼ tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Cornflour Slurry 1 tsp (Mix cornflour in water)
- Yellow food colour 1-2 drops
- Oil for frying
Step 1
In a bowl, Add chicken. Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, cornflour and a beaten egg. Mix Well and set it aside.
Step 2
In a pan, add chicken stock, some green chillies but it is totally optional. You can skip it as well. Add lemon slices, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, sugar, honey. Bring it to a boil.
Step 3
Once boils, add cornflour slurry about 1 tsp. Cook until thickens. Add some yellow food colour and mix well. Now turn off the flame and set it aside.
Step 4
In a pan, add oil for frying. Cook the chicken until golden brown. Once cooked, set rice and chicken on the plate. Add yummy lemon sauce over it.
