Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar Powder ½ Cup
  • Milk ¼ Cup
  • Oil ¼ Cup
  • All Purpose Flour 1¼ Cup
  • Baking Powder ½ tbsp
  • A pinch Of Salt
  • Oil ¼ tsp
  • Chocolate Chips as required
  • Sugar Powder & Chocolate syrup for garnishing

Step 1

In a bowl add 2 Eggs, Vanilla Essence and Sugar Powder. Mix And Beat for 3-4 minutes until fluffy. Then add Milk and Oil and Beat for a minute.

Step 2

Now Sieve 1 Cup of All Purpose Flour and Baking Powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Again sieve ¼ Cup of All Purpose Flour if needed and a pinch of salt. Pancakes Batter is ready.

Step 4

Now in a pan, add oil. Using a spoon, pour the batter on the pan. Add some chocolate Chips and cover with some batter. Cook until light golden and fluffy.

Step 5

Make the rest of the pancakes. Now sprinkle some sugar powder on one side of the pancakes. Garnish with some Chocolate Syrup.
